BIRC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, F9, and TMIGD1. Each is linked with BIRC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC8-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 grouped by BIRC8-low versus BIRC8-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
