BIRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with BIRC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC7-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by BIRC7-low versus BIRC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
