BIRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, SIGLECL1, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with BIRC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC7-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by BIRC7-low versus BIRC7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
