BIRC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN2_S304, NCAPD2, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with BIRC5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC5-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIRC5 versus PTPN2_S304 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
