The most reproducible BIRC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA8, HJURP, and TROAP. Each is linked with BIRC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC5-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC5 results are reported.
