Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,536 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear division, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Nuclear chromosome segregation. Each is linked with BIRC5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC5-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC5 results are reported.
