Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,166 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Positive regulation of mRNA processing, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with BIRC2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC2-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC2 results are reported.
