Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,290 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF2, PPP1R13L, and CUL5. Each is linked with BIRC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC2-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC2 results are reported.
