BIRC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE2, PTH, and HTR1E. Each is linked with BIRC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC2-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECE2 grouped by BIRC2-low versus BIRC2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
