BIN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,882 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF37, SH2D4A, and FOXM1. Each is linked with BIN3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN3-to-partner and partner-to-BIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIN3 versus ARHGEF37 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
