BIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, TRAJ50, and RN7SL679P. Each is linked with BIN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN3-to-partner and partner-to-BIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by BIN3-low versus BIN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
