Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,156 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere capping, Regulation of telomere capping, and Vacuole fusion. Each is linked with BIN3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN3-to-partner and partner-to-BIN3 results are reported.
