Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,959 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BIN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with BIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN2-to-partner and partner-to-BIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by BIN2-low versus BIN2-high in BONE.
