BIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,343 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOK1, EHD1, and ZFAND2B. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIN1 versus DOK1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
