Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,748 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIN1_S331, BIN1_S298, and DUSP3. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIN1 versus BIN1_S331 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
