Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,770 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYL1, CD4, and BTK. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIN1 versus LYL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
