Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,864 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APCDD1, AK8, and NDRG2. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.
