BIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT157, p62 Lck ligand, and ASNS. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27_pT157 grouped by BIN1-low versus BIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
