Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,363 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T-tubule organization, Negative regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport via high voltage-gated calcium channel, and Negative regulation of action potential. Each is linked with BIN1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN1-to-partner and partner-to-BIN1 results are reported.
