BID

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BID mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BID-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S2P1, SOD1P2, and NPAP1P2. Each is linked with BID in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BID-to-partner and partner-to-BID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S2P1 grouped by BID-low versus BID-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BID→partner) and Y-score (partner→BID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
