BICRA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BICRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, FAM205A, and FBXL4. Each is linked with BICRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICRA-to-partner and partner-to-BICRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by BICRA-low versus BICRA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
