Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, mTOR_pS2448, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with BICDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICDL2-to-partner and partner-to-BICDL2 results are reported.
