Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BICDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BICDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, FSHB, and CFHR2. Each is linked with BICDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICDL2-to-partner and partner-to-BICDL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by BICDL2-low versus BICDL2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
