BICD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,687 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB6, SPHK1, and SNAI2. Each is linked with BICD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICD2-to-partner and partner-to-BICD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
