BICD1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICD1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,690 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICD1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC4, RSKR, and CROCCP3. Each is linked with BICD1P1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-BICD1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICD1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICD1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
