Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,392 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BICD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BICD1_S548, MMP14, and RECQL. Each is linked with BICD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICD1-to-partner and partner-to-BICD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BICD1 versus BICD1_S548 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
