Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and Bak. Each is linked with BICD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICD1-to-partner and partner-to-BICD1 results are reported.
