BICC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, G6PD, and ACC1. Each is linked with BICC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICC1-to-partner and partner-to-BICC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by BICC1-low versus BICC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
