BHMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,315 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMGDH, F8, and ACSS3. Each is linked with BHMT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHMT2 versus DMGDH in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
