BHMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR1, CCT5, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with BHMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR1 grouped by BHMT2-low versus BHMT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
