BHMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BHMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,051 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMGDH, BHMT, and AKR1B10. Each is linked with BHMT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHMT2 versus DMGDH in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
