Across TCGA cell cohorts, BHMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,384 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BHMT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors, and Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with BHMT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT2-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by BHMT2-low versus BHMT2-high in BONE.
