BHMT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,001 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG20, VEZF1, and FERMT3. Each is linked with BHMT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHMT-to-partner and partner-to-BHMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHMT versus ISG20 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
