Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BHLHE41 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated BHLHE41 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher BHLHE41 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BHLHE41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where BHLHE41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
