BHLHE23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BHLHE23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHLHE23-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX2, PTH, and PABPC1L2A. Each is linked with BHLHE23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHE23-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHE23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBX2 grouped by BHLHE23-low versus BHLHE23-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHLHE23→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHLHE23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
