BHLHA15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHLHA15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,932 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHLHA15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRELD2, SND1, and MZB1. Each is linked with BHLHA15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHA15-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHA15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHLHA15 versus CRELD2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHLHA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHLHA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
