BHLHA15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BHLHA15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,469 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BHLHA15-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RX1, FKBP11, and TENT5C. Each is linked with BHLHA15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BHLHA15-to-partner and partner-to-BHLHA15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BHLHA15 versus P2RX1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BHLHA15→partner) and Y-score (partner→BHLHA15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
