BGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRR1, DAPK3, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with BGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BGN-to-partner and partner-to-BGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRR1 grouped by BGN-low versus BGN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→BGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
