BGLAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BGLAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,839 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BGLAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5, POGZ, and TRRAP. Each is linked with BGLAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BGLAP-to-partner and partner-to-BGLAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BGLAP versus RBBP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BGLAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BGLAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
