BFSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BFSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-15P, SLC25A51P1, and SLBP. Each is linked with BFSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFSP2-to-partner and partner-to-BFSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-15P grouped by BFSP2-low versus BFSP2-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
