BFSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BFSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,061 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR2, PRDM8, and ZYX. Each is linked with BFSP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFSP2-to-partner and partner-to-BFSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BFSP2 versus S1PR2 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
