Across TCGA cell cohorts, BFSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,721 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BFSP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Positive regulation of interleukin-1 production, and Negative regulation of T-helper 2 cell differentiation. Each is linked with BFSP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFSP2-to-partner and partner-to-BFSP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by BFSP2-low versus BFSP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
