BFSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BFSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C76, OBSCN-AS1, and MTCO3P19. Each is linked with BFSP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFSP1-to-partner and partner-to-BFSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C76 grouped by BFSP1-low versus BFSP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
