BFSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BFSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, PRKACG, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with BFSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFSP1-to-partner and partner-to-BFSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 grouped by BFSP1-low versus BFSP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
