BFAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BFAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,667 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02755, RNA5SP503, and VENTXP3. Each is linked with BFAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFAR-to-partner and partner-to-BFAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02755 grouped by BFAR-low versus BFAR-high in PAAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
