BFAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BFAR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,201 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BFAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF31, PLD2, and KMT5C. Each is linked with BFAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BFAR-to-partner and partner-to-BFAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF31 grouped by BFAR-low versus BFAR-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BFAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→BFAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
