BEX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,137 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX1, GSTM2, and PURA. Each is linked with BEX4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX4-to-partner and partner-to-BEX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEX4 versus ARMCX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
