Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNAP25, RN7SL688P, and GRIN1. Each is linked with BEX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX4-to-partner and partner-to-BEX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BEX4 versus SNAP25 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
