Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,526 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BEX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETREG3_S26, RGCC_T111, and RGS12_T1287. Each is linked with BEX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX4-to-partner and partner-to-BEX4 results are reported.
