Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BEX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BEX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, PES1, and MAPK1. Each is linked with BEX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BEX4-to-partner and partner-to-BEX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1L grouped by BEX4-low versus BEX4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BEX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BEX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
